Water Restoration and Mold Remediation in Hamden Home After Bonus Room Has Roof Leak

A roof leak during a rainstorm caused water damage to the bonus room of this Hamden home. Mold grew quickly on the wet, porous surfaces of the walls and ceilings. 

Our restoration crew came in and removed the water soaked damaged materials and dried the room out. They used air scrubbers to filter the mold spores and anti-microbial agents to stop the spread of pathogens.

When the room was dry and brought to safe conditions, our building services team came in and repaired the damage. They replaced, taped  and painted the walls and ceilings, leaving the space "Like it never even happened".
